Issue/Introduction
See the following error on RSA connector when entered the password correctly
java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError: Found class com.rsa.commmand.ClientSession, but interface was expected
Environment
Identity Manager 14.5.1 CHF1
Cause
This is because the primary service ID does not include global read.
Resolution
Add gload read privilege on the primary service ID that was used by the endpoint connector
