APMSSO extension metric Authorization Misses Per Interval

Issue/Introduction

Why is APMSSO extension metric Authorization Misses Per Intervals don't match the value for ResourceCacheMisses from Siteminder. 

Resolution

Those are 2 different metrics and this is why the value from smtrace is different than the value in APM.

ResourceCacheMisses is cache misses from the webagent and this is not same as the authorization misses per interval that APM is reporting for policyserver.

ResourceCacheMisses
The number of times the Web Agent could not locate a resource in the resource cache. This occurs when:
The resource has not been accessed before
The cached information has expired
