Report units do not display correctly on PDF exports

Issue/Introduction

PDF download converts bit metrics to unscaled (scientific notation)

PDF report exports for Interface Bits per Seconds display different values when compared to the dashboard

Note the bottom table in the PDF example when exported converts All Bits metrics to unscaled (Scientific Notation).

Environment

DX NetOps Portal web server releases 23.3.13 and earlier

Cause

Due to a defect in the web server code. See the following entry in the 24.3.1 Resolved Issues documentation.

This is caused by the same code responsible for the following defect resolved in 24.3.1 and newer releases.

• Symptom: On the Monitored Devices page, the speed values and units on the Polled Metric Families tab are not accurate.
• Resolution: With this fix, the speed values and units are now correct.

Resolution

Upgrade to 24.3.1 or newer releases to resolve this issue.
