Issue/Introduction

When opening a support issue with Broadcom support, users no longer see DX NetOps as an available product.

Resolution

Effective immediately, when opening a new Broadcom Support case for DX NetOps, choose Network Observability as the Product. The DX NetOps option has been replaced with Network Observability.

After choosing Network Observability as the Product, choose one of following as the Component:

  • PMGEN (DX NetOps Performance Management General)
  • SPCGEN (DX NetOps Spectrum General)
  • VNAGEN (DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance General)
  • NQRPTA (DX NetOps Network Flow Analysis General)
  • MDMGEN (DX NetOps Mediation Manager General)
