Adjusting Symantec VIP PUSH timeout values

Resolution

VIP Enterprise Gateway: The default value for the VIP Access Push timeout for validations is 60 seconds. This can be adjusted in the RADIUS validation server settings, under the VIP Push Authentication settings. Set the maximum time (in seconds) that is allowed to complete second-factor authentication using VIP Access Push. This value can be between 10 and 300 seconds. 

VIP Cloud direct authentication (VIP Login, Azure\Entra ID, My VIP, VIP SSP, JavaScript integration, IA): PUSH timeout is 120 seconds. This value is non-modifiable. 

VIP Web Service SOAP\REST APIs: The default value for the VIP Access Push timeout for validations is 60 seconds. To override, use the pushAuthData element with the request.timeout parameter key. This value can be between 10 and 300 seconds.
