Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.1

Recently migrated from Aria Automation SaaS.

Resolution

Revert to snapshot before upgrade attempt.

1. Run the command below on each Aria Automation node to check if the file check exists:

ls /etc/vmware-prelude/profiles/vco-db-cfg-profile/check

Hint: if the file /etc/vmware-prelude/profiles/vco-db-cfg-profile/check is missing on all nodes, there is no need to apply this patch.

1.1 For each node where the file exists, run this command

base64 -d <<< cHJpbnRmICcjIS9iaW4vYmFzaFxuZXhpdCAxJyA+IC9ldGMvdm13YXJlLXByZWx1ZGUvcHJvZmlsZXMvdmNvLWRiLWNmZy1wcm9maWxlL2NoZWNr | bash

2. Restart the Aria Automation services, by executing the command below on one of the nodes:

/opt/scripts/deploy.sh
