Hyperlinks may be intermittently unavailable in the software pane on the computer view for a selected computer's installed software.
This can occur when multiple tabs are open in the browser. One tab may display the link while another duplicate tab on the same browser may not.
Expected behavior shows the following software clickable via hyperlink (blue text):
When the issue is observed, the UI shows software "names" but no clickable link (black text)

Known Issue
This issue has been fixed in our ITMS 8.8 release.
As a workaround, use only one tab in a browser when working in the computer view of the Symantec Management Console
