Issue/Introduction

The Authorized Third-Party Senders report allows Email Security.cloud (ESS) customers to list other ESS customers that have registered their domains or subdomains as third-party domains.

Cause

Instructions on creating a Authorized Third-Party Senders report in Email Security Cloud.

Resolution

Follow these steps for creating a Authorized Third-Party Senders report.

• Navigate to Dashboard > Reports > Report Requests.
• Click on Request new report and enter the name of the report
• Scroll down and select Authorized Third-party Senders under Third Party domain as shown in the below screenshot.

• Click Continue and the select the Time Zone and the Report period for the data you want to see in the report in the Reporting period and schedule page.
• Schedule the report if you want it to be generated automatically.
• Select who you want to receive the report and how.
• Confirm the report request and click on Submit request button.
