VM: many heartbeat errors

Issue/Introduction

Impacted VMs have different VMware tools versions.

Also impacted VMs have a variety of guestOS (Windows and Linux).

Many alerts in loginsight for "stopped monitoring GUEST heartbeat for VM" and "stopped monitoring APP heartbeat for VM".

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 8.x

VMware ESXi: 7.x

Resolution

These are expected behavior as the loginsight log messages are consequences of load balancing going on by DRS.
