Spectrumgtw probe connection loss

Issue/Introduction

The Spectrumgtw probe is crashing with the following error message:-

Feb 13 22:42:49:692 [attach_socket, spectrumgtw] Exception in NimServerSessionThread.run.  Closing session.
Feb 13 22:42:49:693 [attach_socket, spectrumgtw] (2) communication error, I/O error on nim session (S) com.nimsoft.nimbus.NimServerSession(Socket[addr=/xx.xx.xx.xx,port=xxxx,localport=xxxxx]): Connection reset

Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Environment

UIM version:20.4.9

Spectrumgtw Probe version: 20.40

Robot version: 9.40

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

== Upgrade the Spectrum probe to 20.4.1

== Deactivate the spectrumgtw and ems probes

== Delete the spectrumgtw\cache and ems\db directories and their contents

== Activate the EMS, then the spectrumgtw probes .
