Is it possible to attach script to VM during the SRM failover process?

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms: 

• Using VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) to fail over virtual machines (VMs) from a Primary Data Center (DC) to a Disaster Recovery (DR) site may require additional automation during the failover process. This can include running scripts on the VM to perform specific tasks, such as: 
  
  
  • Windows Servers: Running Sysprep
  • Linux Servers: Removing the UUID and rejoining the domain
