Aria Operations for Logs join deployment report 'Initializing worker' dialog never completes

Issue/Introduction

While joining a new worker node to an existing  Aria Operations for Logs deployment UI stuck 'Initializing worker' and the window never completes

Environment

Cause

Possible connectivity issue with primary node or unsupported browser 

Resolution

1. Validate Ports required between cluster nodes by performing a curl test from worker node to primary or master node,  <https://ports.broadcom.com/home/VMware-Aria-Operations-for-Logs> 
 
2. Use a supported browser to navigate to the web user interface of the VMware Aria Operations for Logs worker.

3. Wait for few minutes, open a new browser or new tab login as Admin to both primary and worker node navigate to Management > Cluster and validate the entry for the new worker node status should report as "Connected"

Additional Information

Add more worker nodes as needed. The cluster must have a minimum of three nodes.
