Aria Operations for Logs deployment report error 'LI server should be bootstrapped to process this API call'

Issue/Introduction

While joining a new worker node to an existing  Aria Operations for Logs deployment report error 'LI server should be bootstrapped to process this API call' 

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.14

Error observed while following the document to

Cause

Connectivity issue with primary or master node

Resolution

1) Validate the primary node IP address or FQDN entered is correct

2) Perform a nslookup and ping test from the joining node and validate the connectivity 

3. Validate Ports required between cluster nodes by performing a curl test from worker node,  <https://ports.broadcom.com/home/VMware-Aria-Operations-for-Logs>

Additional Information

Add more worker nodes as needed. The cluster must have a minimum of three nodes.
