Issue/Introduction
We are configuring authentication via SAML between Service Catalog and Siteminder, according to the following link: Enable SAML Authentication for Service Catalog
We want to configure the SAML2 protocol (instead of WS-FED) under SAML-Federation Trustedissuers Issuer.
How can I make Service Catalog to use SAML2 (without WS Federation)?

SAML authentication via IDP
Resolution
Service Catalog requires WS-Federation. The WS-Federation feature must be enabled to integrate the Service Catalog with SiteMinder successfully.
