Issue/Introduction

Normal users with OperatorRO privilege do not see any data in the WebClient but they are able to open a OneClick console and see the alarms.

 

 

 

Cause

WebClient  is designed to work based on model security for the logged in user. If the Security String on the User model does not match one of the Security Communities, the WebClient will not display any data.

Configure a Security Community on the User model to match the Security String on the User model.
