pks-nsx-t-precheck fails in TKGi 1.19.x for NSX 4.2.0.x

Issue/Introduction

Broadcom's interoperability matrix for TKGi-NSX-NCP shows TKGi 1.19.x and NSX 4.2.0.x as compatible when the release notes for NCP version 4.1.2.2 included in TKGi 1.19.x show is not compatible with said NSX version. 

Furthermore, the nsx precheck errand in TKGi tile fails with error:

NSX-T Precheck failed due to NSX Version is not supported for current PKS(a.k.a. TKGI) version. 

Environment

NSX 4.2.0.x

TKGi 1.19.x

Cause

The precheck verifies the compatible versions against a file included with the TKGi release.
TKGi and NSX versions were tested together and verified as compatible after the release of TKGi 1.19.2 hence the file was not updated with the newer compatible version.

Resolution

TKGi 1.19.3 version will include NSX 4.2.0.x in its precheck.
