Custom category duplicates handling in SGOS policy

Issue/Introduction

SGOS can detect and handle custom category duplicates in the policy. If administrator creates a new custom category definition that already exists in the policy, SGOS detects that and merges content into the existing custom category. Please refer to the example below in the Resolution section.

Resolution

Administrator defines custom category "test" 3 times in the local policy file as below:

As soon as this policy is getting compiled, domains from all 3 category definitions get added to a single category definition in the current policy:
