APIs with Standard OAuth authentication fails post upgrade to Portal 5.3.1

Issue/Introduction

Gateway Published APIs with "Standard Policy Fragment Template - OAuth 2.0" fragment, fails during the process of validation.

Problem occurs post upgrade to Portal 5.3.1 .

Environment

API Developer Portal 5.3.1

OAuth 4.6.x

Cause

This issue occurs ONLY with Gateway Published APIs after Portal 5.3.1 upgrade.

Introduction of Support for External OAuth Providers for Credential Management in Portal 5.3.1 causes this issue.

Resolution

Add the following Set Context Variable = externalOAuthProvider and set it to false, to the Gateway Published API.
