Jobs blocked with error Could not send files to server

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade of NAC to version 6.8.5 some jobs are blocked 

Following error could be seen :

Could not send files to server <servername> : Cause: java.lang.Exception: Can not download file to [C:\CA\RELEAS~1\actionslib\nolio-development-actions-10.1.0.jar]. could not get file [fid:<uuid>] : Could not write target file [C:\CA\RELEAS~1\actionslib\nolio-development-actions-10.1.0.jar] : C:\CA\RELEAS~1\actionslib\nolio-development-actions-10.1.0.jar: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Environment

Release Automation 6.8.5 (NAC) and Windows Agent 6.8.0

Cause

This error occurs on Windows Agents in version 6.8.0 when a files under actionslib should be updated (NAC has a newer version of the file). But the file could not been updated as it locked by Windows.

Resolution

- Restart Nolio service on the Agent
Or
- Upgrade Agent to version 6.8.5
