After successful completion of the upgrade (steps 14/14) the cluster version does not update in admin UI or in the about page of Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

• When attempting to upgrade from version 8.18.1 to 8.18.3 , there seems to be an issue with the upgrade fully completing. The upgrade looks to be completing all 14 steps but for some reason the version stays at 18.1. The cloud proxies all completed their upgrades successfully and are reflecting version 8.18.3.
• Aria Operations updated to 8.18.5, but UI still shows 8.18.1. 
• After successfully upgrading Aria Operations from version 8.18.0 to 8.18.6, the system indicates that the upgrade to 8.18.6 is complete. However, the system status still displays the older version, 8.18.0
• After restarting the server, taking the cluster, we applied the upgrade pak file.  It showed the option to check: "Install the PAK file even if it is already installed".  The pak file finished installing and the Software Update page says it is on 8.18.6 but the System Status and About still show 8.18.5. 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

Cluster updated using the wrong PAK file that is named "Only_CP" as seen below.

'vRealize_Operations_Manager_Only_CP-8.14.x-to-8.18.3.24521385.pak'

The above file is used when the upgrade is required for just the Cloud proxies of the cluster.

Resolution

Make sure that the correct file is downloaded and used to upgrade that contains "With_CP" in the filename as seen below:

vRealize_Operations_Manager_With_CP-8.14.x-to-8.18.3.24521385.pak

The above file should be used when the upgrade is required for the entire Aria Operations cluster including the Cloud Proxies VMs.
