Edge admin wanted to upgrade 3 virtual proxy appliances from SGOS 7.3.21.2 to 7.3.24.1.
Admin successfully upgraded two appliances but the 3rd one always restart with the old firmware.
Manually upgrading the problem appliance using alternative approaches e.g. CLI failed too.
Event logs from the Proxy in question did not show any errors - the upgraded BCSI file was downloaded successfully but restart would not boot up to new patch level.
Edge SWG upgrade.
Virtual appliances only had one data disk (not best practice).

Use the CLI to upgrade to 7.3.22.2 initially.
After upgrading the VPM and the SGAC on that virtual appliance, the upgrade to 7.3.23 initially and the 7.3.24 proved successful.
