Bandwidth utilisation threshold violation for interfaces can be set to a default for all interfaces in a Global Collection via Policy.
However, if there is a requirement for some interfaces in that GC to have a different, then this cannot be achieved via Thresholds.
Instead, you can use a SpectroWATCH to monitor the bandwidth utilisation and raise an alarm for when it reaches the specified level.

You cannot move out the specific interfaces into a separate GC and apply a different policy to it since the policy would be applied to the same attribute:
Setup a SpectroWATCH with the following settings:
Using Port model attribute Total_Load (0x12d92) as the expression, then set Properties as:
Important to leave Activate By Default set off since this will activate the watch on ALL Gen_IF_Port model types. Leaving it off means it can be activated manually solely on those interfaces that this should apply to.
Then set the Watch Threshold to:
After implementing a watch on one of the specific interfaces and setting the threshold violation to low value to make it trigger, the alarm should then be raised correctly on only that interface and no others (where the watch remained inactive).
