Accessing the CloudHealth Training Academy

Issue/Introduction

The CloudHealth Training Academy is a part of the Broadcom Support portal.  You can access training by clicking the "Training Academy" link within the ? dropdown in the upper right corner of the CloudHealth platform:

Note that you will need to be logged in to your Broadcom Support account to access the training.  For additional information on how to create a Broadcom Support account, please visit this Knowledge Base Article

Resolution

Accessing CloudHealth Training Academy

Once logged into the Broadcom Support Account, to access the CloudHealth Training Academy, you will need to scroll down the page to the section titled “Additional Resources.” In this section is the Education Portal. Click Explore.

Viewing CloudHealth Training Courses

After clicking Explore, you will be redirected to the Learning @ Broadcom portal. The CloudHealth Training Academy exists today as part of this portal. To find specific CloudHealth Training Modules, search “CloudHealth” in the search bar.

Once the search has loaded the CloudHealth courses, click on the course you would like to view. In the course screen, you will click “Request” to add the course to your course list. 

To launch the course, click “View Details” on the next page. 

At this point, you will be able to launch the specific modules that make up the course you have selected.
