Issue/Introduction

SEP Ubuntu agent fails to install due to missing dependencies: 

Similar errors will be visible in the install log and more errors will be available in the sdcss_install.log 

Error 1: Agent install failed

installDependency: Dependent package auditd not installed on ubuntu20

installAgent: Dependency check or dependency install failed on ubuntu20

Environment

SEP Linux agent

DCS Linux agent

Resolution

After review of the sdcss_install.log we can see that one or more packages is missing and need to be installed

Install the missing dependencies from the operating system's install media then re-run the installer once the missing packages are installed
