Issue/Introduction

It is seen in /var/log/syslog in an edge node which has only tier-1 gateways that 'Init is not complete' is logged every minute.

Cause

The message can still be logged since there is no logic to check if the FRR service is running.

Resolution

The message can be ignored, and it has been fixed in NSX 4.2.1.
