Nas 23.4.3.2 Didn't start after upgrading Primary Hub to 23.4.3

Issue/Introduction

Nas probe is red and not starting after upgrading Primary Hub to 23.4 CU3 when NAS Forwarding is enabled

Resolution

- Disable the NAS forwarding with the secondary hub



- Upgraded NAS on primary hub to version 23.4.3.2 and verified it is working fine.
- then upgraded the NAS probe on the secondary hub.
- then enabled the NAS forwarding.
