Issue:

PeopleSoft Adapter command "auto_ps7" fails  with a segmentation fault

Environment:

PeopleSoft Adapter release 2.1.0 on Linux or Unix

Cause:

It happens if the access to the odbc trace file is  denied

 Resolution:

Open the odbc.ini file and look for option “trace” in this file

  1.     If trace=1 is set, look for the location of the odbc trace file (in file odbc.ini) and set the Unix/Linux permissions on this file to 777
  2.   If odbc tracing is no longer required, set trace=0 in the odbc.ini file
