Bulk Migration fails when Storage DRS is enabled on the destination site.

Issue/Introduction

When Storage DRS is enable on the destination site and the version of HCX is 4.9 and older the bulk migration will fail.
The following errors maybe observed:
Error "Storage could not be reserved for the transfer: <UUID Number>"
Bulk migrations may complete but subsequent migrations may fail.

Environment

HCX 4.9 and older

Cause

Storage DRS is not supported by HCX 4.9 and older
Storage DRS is supported by HCX 4.10

Resolution

The resolution is to upgrade to HCX version 4.10.

Workaround:
Disable Storage DRS on the destination site.
