Email notification not getting triggered

Issue/Introduction

When Post to Wip Job is run via process, Resources to Notify on Completion and Groups to Notify on Completion is getting blanked once the process is run, causing successful emails not to be delivered

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity as admin 
2. Create a process with Start Step as Run a Job 
3. Under Process --> Steps --> Actions --> Select Run a Job under Action Type
4. Search for Post to Wip Job and fill the job parameters as desired 
5. Under Notify for Resources to Notify on Completion and Groups to Notify on Completion fill the resources and groups who needs to be notified 
6. Validate and activate the process 
7. Now from organizer run the created process and let it complete
8. Once completed navigate to Reports and Jobs --> Job logs and search with Job ID
9. Now click on the completed job instance and check under Notify 

Expected Results: The notification should come post the completion of process

Actual Results: Notification doesn't come as the group and resource data is missing under Notify for Resources to Notify on Completion and Groups to Notify on Completion
