Issue/Introduction

When a cluster enters the prepped state for the second time after being in the un-prepped state, UI disables the ability to modify the data collection status. A tooltip appears, stating, "Cannot modify data collection status for a cluster without an NSX-configured host.

Environment

SSP 5.0 with NSX 4.2.1 , 4.2

Cause

The issue occurs from the sequence of prepping and un-prepping the cluster. When the cluster is prepped for the second time after being un-prepped, the system fails to recognize it as properly configured for data collection. As a result, the UI continues to reflect the last perceived state of the cluster (un-prepped), even though the cluster is now fully configured with NSX prepped hosts.
