Unable to generate PBE report for the external registered users

Issue/Introduction

This article describes a step to take, if you are a Policy Based Encryption Admin and you would like to generate a report for all the external users who registered and accessed the PBE portal.

Resolution

The PBE report for the registered external users can only be generated by the Echoworx partner as this option is not available for the PBE Admins.

We recommend, that you open a support ticket and we will generate for you the requested report which includes all the registered external users and the access time stamps.
