TEST connection returns "Response code returned: 429" from Log Forwarding in Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.3

Issue/Introduction

After click TEST returns "Failed connection with <server name/ip>:##. Response code returned: 429." in Edit Destinations from Log Forwarding.

Environment

VMware Aria Operations for Logs 8.18

Cause

HTTP 429: Too Many Requests is returned by the server to indicate that too many HTTP requests have been made within the allowed time.

runtime.log shows:

["IngestionForwarder-thread-7"/##.##.##.##.## WARN] [com.vmware.loginsight.ingestion.forwarding.BaseForwarder] [Dropped 7 events for target <server name>, reason: Got HTTP response #429. [6234 suppressed]]

Resolution

VMware Aria Operations for Logs is working fine. 

Check with Log Forwarding destination server.
