The two UTA2.0 devices were updated with new IPs without first removing from PAM caused the UTA devices to become inaccessible. After successfully redeploying 2 UTA 2.0 devices into PAM we were not able to add the devices to the UTA2.0 device group with error "PAM-UTL-0110: Failed to update Utility Group cluster PAMUAv2.0"
While the UTA installs were recreated from the OVA in VMware the hostname was not changed. We suspect that even after removing the original devices from PAM there was some configuration left behind because the original devices were not accessible when they were removed.
Utilizing the new feature in the PAM UTA2.0 "Reset Password" after removing the devices again cleanly allowed the devices to be recoginized as new UTA appliances and were then able to be added to the UTA device group.
