OC Account Admin Page Not Found - The requested page cannot be found

Issue/Introduction

The Operator Console Account Admin page throws an error Page Not Found. The requested page cannot be found.

Environment

• DX UIM 20.4, 23.4

Cause

• wasp webapp misconfiguration

Resolution

1. Deactivate the OC wasp probe

2. From the local archive on the Primary hub, drag and drop the packages listed below to deploy the latest versions, e.g., 20.4.8, to the OC robot.

   - ump_accountadmin
   - ump_operatorconsole
   - ump

3. RDP to the OC server and clear the contents of the wasp/work folder on the file system.

4. Activate wasp, wait until it gets a port and a PID, and try again.

5. In this case, the ump_accountadmin webapp was stopped and load_on_startup for accountadmin was set to false but it must be set to true.
