NSX 4.x Limited Export pre-upgrade bundle is not available for download

Issue/Introduction

• You can't find the NSX 4.x Limited Export (LE) pre-upgrade bundle a the Broadcom software download site
• The pre-upgrade bundle for non-LE NSX  4.x versions is available
• You cannot start an NSX upgrade without this file

Environment

VMware NSX 4.1.x or higher

Cause

The NSX 4.x LE pre-upgrade files are not present on the Broadcom software download page.

Resolution

Broadcom is aware of this issue and is currently working to rectify it.
