Invalid hash error during PMImport

Issue/Introduction

Errors logged during the PMimport process:

Failed to update Tools\WindowsPatchData.zip

Invalid hash
   [System.Exception @ Altiris.PatchManagement]
   at Altiris.PatchManagement.Tasks.WindowsImportTask.DownloadPackageFiles(ICollection`1 listOfFiles, String destination)

Environment

Patch Management 8.x

Cause

The downloaded file has a different hash than the one defined in the PMImport content.

Proxy server returns cached files with wrong hash.

Resolution

Ensure the proxy server does not cache content for patch management import.
