SDDC Manager UI incorrectly displays a certificate expiration banner even though all certificates are active.

Issue/Introduction

• A banner appears on SDDC Manager UI with the message despite all certificates being active.
  "<No_Of_Certs> Certificates have expired/are about to expire..."
  
  
• The Workload domains page displays one of the following messages:
  "<Domain_Name> has <No_Of_Certs> expired certificates"
  "<Domain_Name> has <No_Of_Certs> that are about to expire"
  
  
• The Certificates tab under the Domain Management section shows that all certificates are active.

 

Environment

SDDC Manager 5.x and older

Cause

This issue may occur after certain components have been removed from the SDDC Manager inventory.

Resolution

Please open a case with Broadcom support to investigate and remediate this issue.
