Vantage web client error Cannot get data from a disconnected host: XXXX YYYYYY

Issue/Introduction

After navigating to Configurations>Data Set Groups>Actions>New and trying to add a Filter.
Error Message: "Cannot get data from disconnected host: VanHost VanHostTask" pops up.
Showing no other signs of connection issues with host. Still able to run objects in real time, run scripts, send emails, etc.
Has persisted after applying maintenance, IPLs, login/logouts, etc.

Cause

Possible cause could be an extra space in the Host name

Resolution

During the Login screen of the Vantage Web client use VantageDB as Authenticating Host, APP user and password. Check for the space or special characters or rename the Host name. Log off the APP user and re-login with the regular user id and password. Possible this error go away this time.
