How to use a Google Account for SSO

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud: All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. To use admin.google.com for SAML -> Add custom SAML app
2. Verify the SSO URL starts with https://accounts.google.com/o/saml2/idp?idpid=VALUE
3. Verify Entity ID looks like https://accounts.google.com/o/saml2?idpid=VALUE
4. VALUE will be the same for both values and unique to the instance
5. Use the Option 1: Download IdP metadata to download the metadata
6. Open a support case and provide the downloaded metadata to support so they can setup SAML
