Error "vbr.py: Unable To Find Python Interpreter" when backing up nodes

Issue/Introduction

We're trying to run vbr.py from our primary node to backup all three of our nodes to a remote backup host. The backup fails with the following error:

vbr.py: Unable To Find Python Interpreter

Environment

Version: Any
Component: Data Repository

Cause

python 3 is not installed on the backup host

Resolution

Copy the Vertica rsync and Python tools from the data repository host to the remote backup host.
