Issue/Introduction

SLIs created with a "Refine Metrics" filter still use the Matching metrics at the top level of the SLI Management interface.

This will lead to incorrect SLI calculations.

For example,  I have 7 AvailableCount metrics, with 1 AvailableCount in an ExampleDS datasource, that is often 0.

The "refine metric" filter removes the ExampleDS data source metric.  But the SLI is still calculated using all 7 metrics.

This case was relatively easy to identify, but Imagine a case where you believe you've removed a metric that could either "pull up" or "pull down" the SLI spuriously, but it's less dramatic .. you may never know, or never be able to figure out either why the SLI is OK OR Not OK.
