Per Period Metrics Position in a Saved view is being reset

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Login to Modern UX as Administrator.
2. navigate to Projects Grid.
3. Add Per Period metrics of the Yearly period type to the grid for the current Year.
4. Add other columns of the Project object to the grid and save the view.
5. Since the columns were added after the per period metrics they are shown on the right side of the grid.
6. Move the columns from the right side of per period metrics to left side of Per period metrics so that metrics column is to the far right.
7. Save the view again.
8. Navigate to a different module and return back to the Project Grid.

Expected Results: User will see that Per Period Metrics are positioned to the right hand side. 
Actual Results: User will notice that per period metrics have shifted to the middle even though the view was saved.

This is fixed in 16.3.2.

Additional Information

As a Workaround we can pin all the other columns except Per Period Metrics to the left of the Grid.
