Issue/Introduction

As part of our continuous drive to improve customer experience, we have changed the Client Net navigation menus to streamline access to different areas of the service and ensure they are more intuitive. The new menus are flatter and sorted in alphabetical order for easy navigation. The majority of the changes surround the creation of a new menu called “Platform” that contains elements set during the initial configuration.

We have also consolidated the reports that used to be located under “Services”  under the “Reports” menu.

Resolution

The following table maps the previous menu items to their new locations. The highlighted rows indicate the service has moved to a different menu.
