Issue/Introduction

When adding an Autosys scheduler to AAI with Archive files, the warning below is seen in the jaws.log and the archived events data is not loaded.

WARN  [JawsArchiveReader] Unable to process archive file: <archive_dir>/archived_events.XX.02.22.2025.07.15.11.  Invalid file format, perhaps due to an incorrect delimiter setting.

Environment

AAI 24.0

Cause

We found the File Delimiter in the Scheduler Definition->Advanced->Archived File configuration was set to a period instead of a comma.

Resolution

1. Deleted the scheduler

2. Added the scheduler back and used a comma for the "File Delimiter" section of the Archive File configuration in the Scheduler Definition's Advanced tab

3. Verified in the logs that the archived_event files were processed and no longer displayed the warning
