When do UIM robot versions reach end-of-life or end-of-support?
Older versions of the DX UIM robot do not have specific end-of-life or end-of-support dates.
EOL/EOS dates for the DX UIM Server/Operator Console product are available here:

When it comes to individual robot versions, generally speaking, the rule of thumb is that supportability and end-of-life is determined by the underlying Operating System the robot is installed on.
For example, Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 2003 on July 14, 2015. Therefore, no version of the UIM robot (up to and including the latest version) would be considered supported if it is running on Windows 2003.
That does not mean it is not possible to run older robot versions - if you still need to run older robots on an unsupported/legacy Operating System you may choose to do so at your own risk.
If you are running an older robot version on a supported operating system, and you encounter an issue, Broadcom may require you to upgrade the robot to the latest version as part of standard troubleshooting.
If you encounter a bug/defect in an older robot version on an unsupported operating system, Broadcom may require that you upgrade to a supported operating system and the latest version of the robot to determine if the defect has already been fixed in the current version(s).
