Issue/Introduction

After Upgrading DLP, the Enumerations of Custom Attributes Have Changed.

For example

Attribute 1 is now attribute 3 and attribute 3 is now attribute 1.

Note: This issue has been observed with a low number of customers after an upgrade.

Cause

unknown.

 

Resolution

This can be resolved by remapping the custom attributes as needed. 

Before remapping the attributes please reach out to support if you have access to a backup copy of the database before it was upgraded.
