SEDR does not display 4123 event type after upgrade SEPM to 14.3 RU8

Issue/Introduction

You upgraded Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) to 14.3 RU8 or later.
You tested EICAR on Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client but Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) console does not display 4123 event (Endpoint File Detection).

Environment

• SEDR 4.7 / 4.8
• SEPM 14.3 RU8 and above

Resolution

This issue is fixed in SEDR 4.9.0 and 4.8 hotfix4.
