oi_connector queue buildup on axagateway.uimQos

Issue/Introduction

Metrics data is being forwarded to OI very slowly.

axagateway.uimQos queue keeps building up, it seems that the oi_connector cannot keep up with data processing

Environment

 DX UIM Version: 23.4.X

 Oi_connector: v1.56 / 1.57

dedicated robot servers for apm_bridge and oi_connector

 Database: Windows server 2022

Resolution

As part of a performance fix, the engineering team has provided a hotfix that minimizes the repeated query execution count so that only a few times the connection objects are created.

Download the hotfix and deploy to your environment. 

Additional Information

This performance fix will also be included in the next official release of Oi_connector.  (The current most recent version is 1.57)
