Accessibility: The Dynamic value fields are not available to screen readers

Issue/Introduction

Dynamic text i.e. My Timesheet > Total column is not announced by screen-readers

With each data update for respective day in timesheet, the total column is updated Visually but not announced by Screen Readers, this content should be contained in Live Region and The Total column is not accessible via Keyboard Tab's. 

Steps to Reproduce: Detailed steps to reproduce using numerical list formatting

1. Enable Screen Reader
2. Login to Clarity MUX > Timesheet > My Timesheet
3. Try to fill timesheet for the respective task/day and it will be announced. However the total getting update is never announced.

Expected Results: 

• The Total getting updated with each timesheet entry should be voice read
• The Total cell should be allowed to be navigated via Keyboard Key's

Actual Results:

• With each update of timesheet data only value entered is voice read and Total getting update is not voice read.
• The Total column is not accessed/navigate via keyboard Tab key, It require mouse click to voice read Text.
