Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to Broadcom Support Portal
  2. Go to My Downloads -- Search "Clarity PPM" under Product Name -- Select "Clarity PPM On Premise" from the result
  3. Choose the release you want to download for example 16.3.1 or 16.3.2
  4. Use the Compression Tools like WIN RAR or WINSCP tool to exact the ISO

Expected Result: Upon extraction, the install.jar file shouldn't split into multiple parts.

Actual Results: Upon extraction, the install.jar file was split into multiple parts.

Steps to Mount an ISO File in Windows OS

  1. Locate the .iso file on your system.
  2. Right-Click the ISO File and Select "Mount" from the context menu.
  3. Access the mounted drive under This PC it appears as a virtual DVD. You can use it like a physical disc.

Steps to Mount an ISO File in Non-Windows OS

  1. Create mount point (example: sudo mkdir /mnt/iso)
  2. Mount the ISO (example: sudo mount -o loop /path/to/file.iso /mnt/iso)
  3. Access files by navigating to sudo umount /mnt/iso
